General Information for Vendors

• No business license is needed for a single day event in the City of Woodland Park.
• Space is limited and will be sold on a first come, first served, basis.
• You must reserve space 30 days in advance.  Full payment must accompany the following signed application or no space will be reserved.
• Set up time is:  2:00PM Friday 8/22/2008  to  7:00AM Saturday  8/23/2008
• Vendor Hours:  OPEN by 10:00AM Saturday 8/23/2008 until 8:00PM
• Upon arrival, check in at the registration area to pick up your site map.  No tent stakes or spikes will be permitted on paved areas.  You must use sandbags or concrete anchors.  Absolutely no power will be supplied.
• No refund for “NO” shows.
• Please note the reverse side of this application for specific requirements.
• Tax collections and reporting are the responsibility of the vendor.
• All food vendors will be required to provide liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 listing the City of Woodland Park & WRA as additional insured.
• Please send a copy of your entire menu along with this application.  No changes to the menu will be accepted the day of the event.
